Our usual office hours are Mon – Fri from 9AM to 5PM. However, some of our counselors  offer additional hours outside this timeframe.

Our counseling fee is $125 per hour for daytime appointments. Because of our generous donors, we are able to offer reduced rates based on income and household size.

Generally, yes, however, you may need to be on a wait list for longer than if you choose to see the next available counselor.

In today’s health insurance climate, insurers are increasingly reluctant to pay for an out-of-network provider. It is important for you to understand what your policy covers. If you have coverage, we are glad to provide you with the proper receipts for your carrier to reimburse to you. Payments to us are due in full at the time of your session.

All counseling charges are due before each appointment. We accept cash (exact amount appreciated), personal checks, and major credit cards.

We ask that you cancel appointments 48 hours in advance so that we can offer this time to someone else. We are aware that unforeseen things happen – like bad weather – and do not charge for meetings missed for such reasons. We ask that you will always contact us if you have to miss a scheduled appointment.
